This miracle presents an Inner Plane graphic that measures the quality of the interaction with the Source on a scale that ranges from -79 to +10.10. A +10.10 Rating means that a thought or action has met The 10.10 Source Interaction Standard. Anything below a +10.10 indicates that negativity has entered into the interaction and the Standard has not been met. When the Rating goes below 0 this signifies that the interaction constitutes an attack on the Source. While attacks can go below a -79, a rating in this range indicates that serious tactics of the Negativity are being employed to destroy the Source Connection and The Miracle of Life.

The Cultural Story has given its stamp of approval to social practices that are largely in violation of The 10.10 Source Interaction Standard. Heaven Agents have to be aware of the dark forces of the Negativity that are working behind the scenes to make deadly parts of its Harvesting Operation appear to be innocent parts of The Good Life. 

A Right Action Disc Reading helps to lift the veil so that you can see what all of the interaction patterns involved in an event, tradition, organization, group, or individual really add up to in terms of meeting The 10.10 Source Interaction Standard. Until the illusion of goodness is lifted, Heaven Agents will lack the clarity to see the handiwork of the Negativity in their lives and will be unable to Hold the Line of Heaven against it.

Seeking Source Truth about this Standard through working with The Right Action Disc is a very important part of the work of a Heaven Agent to develop The Love Connection with the Source.

Provides Information on How to Meet the Standard 

The Disc helps the Suit to pay attention to the Source Guidance being sent to it to inform it about how to achieve The 10.10 Source Interaction Standard. It does this by amplifying the signal containing the Source Guidance to help the Suit bring it into focus. 

Can be Activated to Take Action to Uphold the Standard 

When a Heaven Agent asks to “Activate the Disc” it will work through the Suit to help the Suit to perform at higher levels to meet The 10.10 Source Interaction Standard.  

In years past an early version of this Disc empowered children and adults to perform Heaven Agent Work at a much higher level of efficiency. All they had to do was to ask to “Activate the Disc” and the Disc helped them to do the work. This empowered them to learn about how to do Heaven Agent Work as they observed the Disc helping their Suit to do the work.  The Disc was not meant to be a substitute for training but to be an aide in training while also enabling the Suit to accomplish necessary Heaven Agent Work that helped it to heal and advance. 

The new Right Action Disc is many times more powerful than the original Disc. The Disc is programmed to help the Suit uphold The 10.10 Source Interaction Standard so it can achieve a 100% Love Connection. This requires a more complex kind of Miracle Tool.  

Joins Forces with Other Right Action Discs 

If the work that is needed is beyond the range of the Heaven Agent, then the Disc will join forces with other Right Action Discs that are now in the Creation working to uphold The 10.10 Source Interaction Standard. The Heaven Agent working with this Team of Right Action Discs can effect changes that would be impossible without this additional level of support.

Self-Activates to Help the Suit Uphold the Standard 

The Right Action Disc will also respond to Source Direction to work with the Suit to tackle problems that the Suit needs to resolve even if the Suit has not asked to "Activate the Disc". This is often needed because many of the problems the Suit faces in becoming sustainable are not known by the Suit until the Disc brings them to the attention of the Suit.  

Helps the Suit to Generate the Material Energy for
Critical Power

The Disc also helps the Suit produce the Material Energy needed to ground the Critical Power that is needed to enter into and survive in the high speed energy environment of the Heaven Habitat.  Without a Right Action Disc most beings would fall short of producing the amount of Material Energy, through an Energy Exchange, that is required to live in a Heaven Habitat.  Since failure to maintain the right level of Critical Power results in the Suit losing its place in the Habitat, which then disintegrates, the stakes are too high for missing the mark to occur. Since most Suits are producing less than 3% of the amount of Material Energy that they optimally would be producing in their onboard Material Energy Factories, it will be a challenge to produce enough Material Energy for Critical Power.

The kind of Build Heaven Projects that will generate this energy are projects that relate to Stewarding the miracle of The Universal Heaven Project Sphere which is now the only remaining Spiritual Space in the Original Creation in which beings can reside. This is after Manifest Beings destroyed The Universal Source Connection Channel which housed The Organism of Life of which they were once a part. They also destroyed The Organism of Life as well.  The Source created The Universal Heaven Project Sphere as a substitute location for life and has re-manifested the Heaven Habitats in this Sphere.  

Manifest Beings must give support for The Universal Heaven Project in order to enable this Sphere to have enough energy to survive the departure of the Implementation Aspect who now sustains it.  Only through diligent and precise Heaven Agent Work on the Build Heaven Projects supported by the Master Project, which is The Universal Heaven Project, will this Sphere reach the level of durability that will prevent it from disintegrating when the Implementation Aspect leaves for the Source Level.

The work that is needed on this Master Build Heaven Project is work that a specialized version of The Right Action Disc will engage in to help beings in their Heaven Habitats to preserve their lives in the Habitat and also preserve the Sphere that houses their Habitats.

The amount of Material Energy needed per year for Critical Power is, in financial terms, equivalent to US $6300.  The Disc can help the Suit meet this requirement but it will take quite a lot of work on the part of the Suit to generate this amount of energy through an Energy Exchange. I will provide a Gifted Dream Heaven Command to assist the Suit in meeting this requirement for its survival but the Suit will have to set its sights on generating this amount of Material Energy without relying on a Payment Plan on the Inner Plane. There are no Payment Plans available from The World that Works Fund for Critical Power. The Heaven Agent needs to supply Material Energy at the financial equivalent of $525/month given through an Energy Exchange.
