The Place of Refuge Miracle

Description
To understand The Place of Refuge Miracle, you need to have a basic understanding of the Spiritual Level of Reality. While this is a huge topic, I will briefly sketch out what you need to know about it in order to understand this miracle.
You exist in two parallel realities – the Physical Level of Reality and the Spiritual Level of Reality. “You” are the “Soul” – a perfected Spiritual Intelligence that is eternal. You exist on the Physical Level of Reality in your human form as what I call the “physical ‘you’”. You also exist on the Spiritual Level of Reality in your Spiritual Energy Body as the “spiritual ‘you’”. Your experience of your life is a blend of what both “you’s” experience.
If the “you” that exists on the Spiritual Level of Reality is in misery, then the “you” that exists in the Physical Level of Reality will also be in misery because it will not be able to escape from the misery felt by the aspect of you that exists on the Spiritual Level of Reality. The reverse is also true.
The only way in which you can experience true happiness is if both “you’s” are happy.
Now most people just think of taking care of the physical aspect of themselves. They know that there is a spiritual aspect but they don’t think it is relevant to their experiences in a life. They think that it just comes into play when they cross over at death and this is the only aspect of them that survives.
But the truth is that 90% of your consciousness exists on the Spiritual Level of Reality with only 10% on the Physical Level of Reality. This means that what happens to the “you” that exists on the Spiritual Level of Reality makes up 90% of how you feel in any given moment.
This is true of relationships as well. 90% of what goes on in a relationship happens on the Spiritual Level of Reality. If a couple, for instance, is fighting on the Spiritual Level of Reality in their Spiritual Energy Bodies, then this hostility will be experienced on the Physical Level of Reality. Often conflicts between people can’t be healed because people try to resolve the problem at the Physical Level of Reality when the conflict at the Spiritual Level of Reality is the one that is really driving the conflict on the Physical Level.
What most people don’t know is that the Spiritual Level of Reality is a dangerous place which until very recently was entirely lawless. People could commit murder and mahem – permanently damaging one another’s Spiritual Energy Bodies and there was no law enforcement to stop the atrocities.
One of the reasons that I incarnated in this lifetime was to bring Source Law to the Spiritual Level of Reality and restore peace so that those who wish for Heaven can have a safe place in which to build Heaven in their lives and in their world.
Since what is built on the Spiritual Level of Reality forms the structure for what will manifest at the Physical Level of Reality, it is not possible to build Heaven in the Physical Level if it has not first been built in the Spiritual Level. For this reason, my focus on the project of World Peace has been on building on the Spiritual Level what is necessary to establish peace so that peace on the Physical Level can ultimately be achieved.
I have after many lifetimes of preparation, been able to manifest on the Spiritual Level of Reality a place of ultimate safety and protection where beings can go to be protected from the lawless free-for-all that has been going on in this level of reality.
This place is what I call “The Place of No Harm”. It is a place only for those who are willing to leave their weapons at the door and enter in with the understanding that the powerful spiritual energies within the Place of No Harm will help them to continue to divest themselves of anything that causes harm to them or to others. It is a place for those who realize that Heaven is a place of No Harm and that only when this standard is achieved on the Inner and the Outer Plane, can Heaven be manifested in their lives.
This is the first time in the history of the Creation that such a place has existed. Prior to this there was no place on the Spiritual Level of Reality where anyone was safe from the Negativity, the criminal element that operates on the Spiritual Level much as they operate on the Physical Level.
When a person is in the Place of No Harm, they are protected from the damaging energies that can injure and even destroy their Spiritual Energy Bodies.
While this is a monumental breakthrough to have achieved this level of safety – something that has never been possible before – it still doesn’t add up to the experience of “No Harm” if you do not have an additional miracle – The Place of Refuge Miracle. Let me give you an example.
Whether you are wearing a bullet proof vest or not, it is extremely traumatizing to have someone shoot a gun at you at point blank range. Similarly, you are traumatized whenever someone shoots negative energy at your Spiritual Energy Body on the Spiritual Level of Reality even if this negative energy will ultimately bounce off your bullet proof vest – which is, in this case, the Place of No Harm.
The Place of Refuge is a miracle that shields you from the “experience” of the attack. The Place of Refuge gives you a safe and quiet Energy Chamber in which to live where you don’t have to experience the violence in the Spiritual Level of Reality. You can receive Source News Bulletins about what is happening if you need to know about it but this is very neutral and not traumatizing. It is nothing like feeling the bullet hit your bullet proof vest and bounce off.
In addition, in this Place of Refuge your Energy Chamber is filled with the Love and Light of the Source which helps you to make a better Source Connection. From this enhanced Source Connection comes an ever deepening experience of Heaven. In this quiet place you can heal from the stress of the World of Harm and you can begin to reconnect with who you are as a perfected Spiritual Being and with the Source who created you.
Being in this Safe Zone is a very important part of the experience of Heaven. No one can conceive of “Heaven”, even as it is defined in the culture, as being a place in which there is harm. Heaven, by definition, is a Place of No Harm and also a Place of Refuge where you no longer have to experience the attempts to do harm that are going on around you on the Spiritual Level of Reality.
Just as the physical “you” that resides in your human body needs to have a world where you are safe from violent physical attacks, so the spiritual “you” that resides in the Spiritual Level of Reality needs to have a safe place where it too can be free of the violent spiritual attacks that occur at its level.
Since what the spiritual “you” experiences affects how the physical “you” feels, it is necessary to help the spiritual “you” to feel secure and protected even as it is important for the physical “you” to feel this way as well.
In order to truly experience protection, you need to first enter The Place of No Harm and then enter into the Place of Refuge which only exists in The Place of No Harm.
The Place of Refuge Intervention
In order to help you enter into The Place of No Harm and The Place of Refuge, I work with you through an At-a-Distance Source Intervention. During At-a-Distance Work it is not necessary for you to consciously track the energy work that goes on.
The Place of Refuge Intervention can take days or weeks depending on how prepared you are to let go of the things that cause harm and make the first shift into The Place of No Harm. Once you are there it is only a matter of hours until I can create The Place of Refuge Chamber and help you to enter into it. Then once you are in The Place of Refuge I work with you over a period of weeks to help you learn how to adjust to the energies of the Source that make this a Place of Heaven.
The Correct Exchange for this Miracle
The Place of Refuge Intervention is one that requires a Financial Exchange in order to provide the material energies that enable me to get the miracles across the border from the Immaterial Level to the Material Level where you reside.

Eyewitness Reports
There are four people who have prototyped this Intervention. I will give you the account of one of the four.
This person is a woman in her forties who lives in a small town in New Hampshire in the U.S. She has lived a very troubled life and has never had a moment’s peace because of a very persistent mother who has always been in her face demanding obedience on the Inner and Outer Plane. The Holidays have always been especially trying for this woman because of this intensification of her mother’s demands for attention and subservience.
When I approached her on the Inner Plane and asked her if she would prototype this miracle, she readily agreed. I then took her to The Place of No Harm and into The Place of Refuge. Her immediate reaction was one of immense relief. I could see her mother outside The Place of No Harm banging on the glass, as it were, but this woman couldn’t see or hear her on the Inner Plane once she was in her Place of Refuge. For the first time she began to calm down at a fundamental level and begin to have the space to clear her thoughts and work on becoming more Source-Connected. Her mother had been so omnipresent on the Inner Plane that she had crowded out the Spiritual Space in which she could try to clear her mind in order to make the Source Connection.
Since this woman had been a person who truly wanted the Source Connection and had asked me many times on the Inner Plane throughout her life to not let her live in vain and die not having made the Connection in this lifetime and worked with it to do her Mission, she was one of the ones chosen to do the Prototyping of this Intervention.
I can say that visibly she is very transformed in her body and mind. She used to be tightly defended in her body and look stressed and worn. Now she is beginning to relax and expand her energies and look relaxed and able to cope with her life and her world.
From my perspective looking on at what is happening in her life, I can see that her mother is clamoring louder than ever on the Inner Plane, but this woman is not able to hear her and have to defend against the onslaught. Although she still has to contend with her on the Outer Plane, she is beginning to gain a sense of her right to say “No” to this abuse and to draw the line on the amount of contact with her mother that she allows to occur. Formerly she could never say “No” because it meant such Inner Plane protestations from her mother that it was more than she could bear. Now she genuinely has a choice to say “No” on the Outer Plane without having to pay for it on the Inner Plane.
When I asked her on the Inner Plane how she felt about this Intervention she told me that never before in her adult life had she ever felt that she could say “No” to her mother. She said that it hadn’t been worth it to her because of the Inner Plane haranguing that would go on endlessly until she gave in. Now she says that she can say “No” and draw the boundary line that she wanted to draw many years ago. She says that she can’t tell me how grateful for this Intervention she is. She says that she feels like it has given her back her life.
